Your data is securely processed and stored in our protected systems, and access is limited exclusively to authorized personnel involved in your project. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements to uphold strict privacy standards.
3. Data Usage
Data submitted to StatisMed is used solely for the purpose of statistical analysis and research support as outlined in your project agreement. We do not utilize your information for any other purpose beyond the agreed-upon services.
4. Data Retention
Your data is stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the services we provide or as required by applicable law. Upon completion of your project, you have the option to request that all submitted data be securely deleted from our systems.
5. Transparency and Control
We believe in transparency regarding the collection, use, and storage of your data. At any point, you may request access to view or update your data or inquire about our security practices.
6. Google API Services (StatisMed Keyword Research)
StatisMed operates an internal tool, “StatisMed Keyword Research,” that connects to the Google Ads API with the account owner’s permission (OAuth). The tool only reads keyword planning data: keyword ideas, average monthly searches, competition, and top-of-page bid estimates. It does not create, modify or delete any Google Ads campaigns or account settings.
Data retrieved from Google is used only for StatisMed’s internal keyword research. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. It is kept only as long as needed for that research, and deleted on request. OAuth credentials are stored locally on StatisMed’s own computer and are never published. You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
StatisMed’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
