Once logged in, you can conveniently initiate a chat with us and seamlessly share your project requirements.

  • Estimate Management: You can receive estimated prices or costs for proposed projects, enabling you to make informed decisions before initiating the analysis process. After sharing your study files via the chat window, the portal notifies you of the estimated price and the projected timeline for task completion. You can then approve the project to commence the analysis through the portal.

  • Project and Task Management: Easily track the progress of your allocated projects, with access to essential information such as project numbers or IDs, project titles, and designated delivery times.

  • Invoice Management: Effortlessly visualize created invoices through the client portal, streamlining the payment process via secure payment gateways for a hassle-free transaction experience.

On the portal's homepage, you'll find a comprehensive project summary section, offering a quick overview of the status of all your ongoing projects. Additionally, you can access prompt insights into your invoices and payment statuses, with convenient filtering options available to streamline your financial overview.

In the "Projects" section, you'll find detailed information about each project, including project names, start dates, deadlines, billing types, and real-time status updates. You can effortlessly view and manage projects based on their current status by clicking on the relevant status under the "Project Summary" section.

The "Invoices" page provides a detailed overview of both current and past invoices, offering a comprehensive account statement for your convenience. Additionally, you can review and manage estimates via the "Estimates" page, where you can accept pending estimates with just a few clicks, facilitating a seamless transition into project initiation.

How to Approve Estimates:

Once you've shared your study files with us through the chat window, you'll receive a notification regarding the estimated price and project timeline. To proceed, you'll need to register on the portal and provide your electronic signature to accept the estimate. Once this is completed, we will promptly initiate work on your project, ensuring a swift and efficient start to the analysis process.
